Natural Dog Food

For us it's simple, real, responsibly sourced ingredients you can recognise, and nothing your dog doesn't need. Scrumbles natural dog food champions proper poultry or fish as the #1 ingredient, alongside veggies, fibre and gut-friendly goodness like prebiotics or probiotics. We never add sugar, salt or artificial colours, flavouring or preservatives because dogs deserve better. Whether you're looking for natural dry dog food or natural wet dog food, every recipe is designed to support happy digestion, healthy poops and optimal nutrition. Dogs are carnivores at heart, so we pack in quality animal protein, while keeping our ingredients lists short, simple and free from unnecessary fillers.

Many dog owners choose natural dog food as a gentler option for sensitive stomachs or itchy skin. While all dogs are different, avoiding artificial additives and added sugars can make a real difference to overall wellbeing. Our natural range is suitable from 8 weeks and comes in a variety of flavours delighting even the fussiest of pups.

Yes! All our dog and puppy treats are made with fully natural ingredients. They never contain artificial additives, preservatives, added sugar, or salt. We also add gut-friendly prebiotics and avoid common allergens, making them a healthy choice even for sensitive pups.

Puppies thrive on natural foods that provide high-quality protein, healthy fats, and essential nutrients to support growth and development. Proteins from chicken, turkey, or fish help build strong muscles, while natural fibres aid gentle digestion. Healthy fats, including omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, are important for skin and coat health, and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) supports brain and eye development. Our puppy recipes are carefully crafted with all of these nutrients in mind, providing complete, balanced meals that are gentle on little tummies and packed with flavour to help your puppy grow healthy and happy.

We pack our recipes with proper meat or fish, plus nutritious veggies for added fibre, vitamins, and minerals. We also enrich every recipe with extra gut-friendly goodies like prebiotics, probiotics, or postbiotics. You won’t find added sugar, salt, artificial additives, or preservatives, just natural, gut-friendly ingredients.

“Natural” means ingredients are used in their natural form, without chemical alteration. But natural doesn’t always mean better. Salt and sugar, for example, are natural but not healthy for dogs, which is why we never add sugar or salt to our food. Our complete dog food recipes use natural ingredients combined with added vitamins and minerals to meet FEDIAF guidelines and ensure balanced nutrition.

Our recipes are made with minimally processed, natural ingredients. Because we use natural ingredients and avoid over-processing, you might notice slight variations in size, texture, and smell from batch to batch - this is totally normal! Occasionally, you may also come across small oat fibres, small bone fragments, or visible pieces of carrots and other ingredients. Rest assured, these are perfectly safe for your furry friends and are part of what makes Scrumbles both tasty and wholesome for them. If you have any queries, don’t hesitate to drop us a message.
