Returns and refund policy
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your contract with us for any unused and unopened products within a period of fourteen (14) days starting the day after your receipt (or receipt by someone identified by you) of the products as reflected by the carrier’s recorded date of successful delivery. To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision. You may do this by contacting us via email, telephone or post.

If you cancel your contract with us, you must send the cancelled products back to us at the following address: Scrumbles, Unit 110 Avro House, Havelock Terrace, SW8 4AS marked with your order number. The refund will be made in the form of the original payment. You bear the cost of return shipping costs, unless the products are defective, or the products received were not the products ordered.

Your right to cancel does not affect your rights as a consumer in relation to any defective or incorrect products you may receive. If you receive a defective product or incorrect Product, please contact us immediately at with your order number and a description of the problem.
